All sales are final.
Although we do not accept returns, we offer a 30-day product guarantee. This guarantee protects against poor craftsmanship (except closeout and sample items), defects, or other issues that may arise as a result of a manufacturing failure. This does not include basic wear and tear or abuse of items.
In the event you believe an item falls into this category, please email us at: hello@franksharon.com to begin the return process. All items are subject to inspection and returns will be granted at the discretion of FRANK SHARON CO. quality control. We will do everything we can to make it right!
shipping / Pickup
Continental us shipping
At this time we only ship in the Continental US. We use the most economical shipping solution possible unless you choose an expedited shipping method and these methods are not available.
local pickup/delivery
Local pickup/delivery is currently available in NWI and the South Chicagoland area and is determined based on mutual availability and shop discretion.
Please note: this option may take up to 10 business days or longer depending on current trends.
Please email your preferred pickup/delivery range of dates, region, and 4-hour timeframe to hello@franksharon.com. In the unlikely event your request cannot be satisfied, you will be notified that your order has to be canceled and a new order should be placed using one of the available shipping options.
